NOTE:
Your Physician will advise if other tests must be scheduled. If so, our nursing station will arrange specific tests requested by the Physician. If you have any questions via telephone, please leave the nursing station staff a message on their phone and they will respond by the end of the day if calls are received by 4:00 pm. Please remember to leave a telephone number(s) where you may be reached.
If you are coming to our Clinic for the first time, there are three types of appointments: First Appointment, Walk-In Appointments, Booked Appointments

A Little Bit of Humour Doctor to patient’s wife: “Well, it could be worse. Your husband’s gonna be a vegetarian the rest of his life.”
Prescription Refills
Once your prescription has been completed/expired, no additional refill will be refilled by your Physician or Pharmacy. You must book an appointment for any refill over the designated period that your Physician has prescribed. As an example, if you have been given a prescription for one month and you feel you need another month of medication, you must book an appointment with your Family Physician. If the prescription is for six months, then you need to book an appointment with your Family Physician and ask if that prescription can be filled again for another six months. Our Physicians will not be renewing prescriptions faxed by your Pharmacy. Please discuss this with your family physician. Also, please remember, do not wait until you have one pill left as the Physician appointments may be booked for a week in advance. Narcotics are only prescribed by your family physician, not by walk-in physicians. If you have any questions, please ask your family physician.
These appointments can only be made with your Family Physician. All of our Physicians will see you based upon your appointment time and occasionally, some patients may take more time than expected, or Physicians may be called to the hospital and detained due to unforeseen emergencies. Feel free to ask our Physicians and Staff questions—we will do our utmost to provide you with current information. If you are a “no-show” you will be invoiced.
