We at the Broad Street Clinic understand just how busy your day can be. As part of our commitment to improve the delivery of your healthcare, we are pleased to offer On-line Booking.

  Booking your next doctor’s appointment with us is easy and convenient. 

  To book online, please follow the steps below:  

1. Provide our receptionist with your email address (required in order for you to access our Online Booking Site;)
2. To book an appointment, type or click in the address line, the following site…       https://booking.medeohealth.com/broad-street-medical-clinic    
3. Type in your email address and set up your password
4. Select your family physician (practitioner) select a time and the appointment type (Dr. Hochban does not do on-line booking)
5. Send your request
6. Broad Street Clinic will respond to your request between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm and indicate if the appointment time is accepted or rejected (another day/time will need to be selected.)
